Clocks Depot Delivery Information
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Items in stock may be dispatched the same day if they are received before 2pm. Items on back order we aim to have with you within ten working days. If there are any changes to this then you will be contacted and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
UK Delivery
Subject to stock availability orders will be dispatched on the same day if placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. All standard delivery in the UK is free of charge. Free UK delivery includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. BFPO addresses are also Free for items under 2KG.
Standard delivery to mainland UK destinations is normally 3 to 5 working days. The obvious exceptions are Christmas and Easter where postal volumes and delivery times increase. There will also be occasions whereby circumstances beyond our control will increase delivery times such as industrial action or bad weather.
If a quicker delivery is required we do offer enhanced delivery services (subject to stock availability) such as 9AM, 1PM and Next Day Courier. These can be selected from your shopping cart and carry an extra charge.
All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail First or Second Class post, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by DHL Express depending on weight, size and value of item.
International Delivery
All international deliveries are dispatched via DHL Express. An appropriate charge will be added to your order before you checkout depending on the weight of your order and the country it is being shipped to.
Standard international delivery is normally within 7 to 10 working days to most worldwide destinations however this may be longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt delivery services.
Tracking Your Delivery
You will be sent an email (if you have supplied a valid email address) confirming that your product has been dispatched. For all services except standard First or Second Class Post this email will contain the web site address of the carrier and the tracking number of your consignment, from this you will be able to see for yourself the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Not Arrived?
Clocks Depot put their trust in delivery companies (such as Royal Mail & DHL Express) to delivery your products as quickly and efficently as possible, however from time to time deliveries are delayed due to disruption or simply go missing.
In the unlikey event of your delivery not arriving please contact us via telephone on 01296 622914. Please Note: For parcels dispatched via Royal Mail Standard & Recorded Delivery a period of 21 days must elaspe before we are able to class the item as lost and any action can be taken.
Please Note: some packages will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for through working hours.
